CLASS GLOSSARY

Pilates

Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.

Spin Cycling

Our spinning classes are a great cardio workout incorporating multiple sprints and climbs throughout the 45 min class. This is a great high intensity training session, designed to maximise fat burning!

TRX

A form of suspension training that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Spin Combo

Spin, a great way to get in a vigorous workout- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape, combined with our new kettlebells. A great option for getting a whole body workout, in a short time.

Circuit Training

A high interval intensity training (HIIT) class combining aerobic agility and strength training. It's fun, varied, effective and can be tailored for any age and fitness level.

HIIT

This interval based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.

Core & Flexibility

This class will really get your muscles engaged by improving balance, stability and agility while sending you well on your way to a toned body. It's a great class for everyone, no matter what ability or fitness level.

Tabata

A workout that has fitness and weight loss benefits. It features intervals of intensity exercise followed by intervals of rest. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.
